The team at Fully Promoted are amazing to work with and my orders are always excellently done! Their staff works really hard to make sure the order is exactly as desired, often going above and beyond to make sure it's perfect. They are the only company I will use for promotional printing. If you have any promotional materials you need done I would highly recommend them, you won't regret it!
So i placed a detailed ordered for a logo with Jeff. Took 2 weeks to even get close to what we needed for our new bussiness. Explain to Jeff the art isnt what we wanted. His response was i wasted to much of his time and hung up on me. Please do your self a favor if you need good logo and customer service dont use this company!
This is a shout out to Candice. This is to give recognition, where it's due and to thank you for helping with the problem with my grandson's order. I spoke to you on Wednesday and the very next day he finally received the missing part of his order. His school never made an attempt to help but you did. Thank you, your help was greatly appreciated!
5/5 star experience. We ordered nearly 30 shirts for our shop that includes a mixture mechanics, truck drivers and inside sales reps and everyone absolutely loves the shirts. The material is perfect for the summer weather and the sizes are pretty spot on. Will definitely be returning as a customer. Candice is an awesome sales rep.
