Fully Airconditioned recently installed two new split-systems for my townhouse and I’m super happy with their work and service. Armande was very considered in his quote and the options he presented. I was concerned about the aesthetic impact to the frontage, but the team installed everything neatly, and aligned the pipe covers to the brickwork to minimise the visual impact. The whole installation team was super considerate too and overall the service was just really good!
This morning (Friday 3 October, around 6:30am, long weekend traffic), one of your vans [plate: UV74D — or very close to it] was tailgating me aggressively on Tuggeranong Parkway heading north while I was driving at the speed limit. The driver was chasing me, invading my lane and trying to push me off the road. I had Fully Air Conditioned at my place last week. They replaced my 18 year old Fujitsu split system which stopped working with a new Daikin. Everything was perfect, from the quote by Casey at their office to the house check by Armande to the installation by Sam & Charley. All happened within 2 weeks & the price I paid was the price of Caseys initial quote. It was even $1750 cheaper than a competitors previous quote. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for air con.
Fully Air-conditioned recently installed a new split system in my apartment and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. Armande provided the quote and was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The installation team was professional, efficient and left everything neat and tidy. The new system has a bigger capacity than the old one, as recommended, and has made such a difference already. I highly recommend Fully Air-conditioned for great service and quality workmanship.
Couldn’t rate them more highly. Clear and friendly communication and well-priced service. When we didn’t have heating in winter they went out of their way to assist and get us warm again.
