I've lived here since before we are bought out, and since our park was bought by corporate corruption it has gone down hill. They are horrible management. They raise lot rent twice a year. Including the major hike in rent in 2020 when no one could afford it. They Don't enforce the rules, and are incompetent about fixing things! I was left without use of my bathroom for 45 days with no since if urgency on their behalf. Not too mention the damage to my trailer when the septic system overflowed. The lot rent is insane. No one living in a trailer park should be paying as much as we do.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT ALLOW LOVED ONES TO MOVE HERE! This park offers nothing to the tenants. There is nowhere the children can play safely, the maintenance they are required to do is never done. There is a leaking raw sewage line flowing in to the road and the park refuses to do anything about it. They raise the prices yearly without any reason, claiming competition meanwhile they’re the highest charging park in the area with nothing to give in return for the reasons for the price increase. Now that I've recently left the park i can say this without backlash. This park 5b years ago was amazing. In the past three years the new management team has destroyed this place. They try charging people 600 for just the lot rent with yearly increases. Nothing included. They claim to use that to improve the park but only thing they've updated was it's sign. This place has screwed over more people especially elderly people of their homes. We got out as things were getting bad. I do not recommend anyone move here. It's better... read more
