Now that I've recently left the park i can say this without backlash. This park 5b years ago was amazing. In the past three years the new management team has destroyed this place. They try charging people 600 for just the lot rent with yearly increases. Nothing included. They claim to use that to improve the park but only thing they've updated was it's sign. We've lived here for 7 years, and every single year in August, the lot rent increases by $40 to $60. This year, not only is it going up another $40, but now they're also charging separately for trash pickup. So basically, nothing is included in the rent anymore. On top of that, there’s still no playground or anything for the kids to play on — nothing has been added or improved in all the time we’ve been here.
