Raise lot rent every year. 495$ a month now no water included. Very strict rules. Management is impossible to get a hold of. Will place eviction notices even if rent paid before due date( happened to me 3 times ) . Incompetent company do not recommend.
Apparently, not very good management 😕 😒 still no playground or R.V parking as promised years ago 🤔 new sign at the road though.
