Absolute disaster of a company, speed is barely faster than dial-up. Look to Frontier or Insight if possible for actual high speed internet. I was a loyal, paying customer for 2 years and 11 months in a 3 year contract, even though they provided us with intermittent service repeatedly. At times we would go an entire day with no service. When you do call and ask for someone to come out and help you, it is a minimum charge of $45.00 – 75.00 even when it is their fault/issue.
