I’m very happy with my experience at Fullhouse. We encountered a small issue with our Gus sofa, and the team was incredibly easy to communicate with. They helped us get the issue covered under the 10-year warranty. Our couch is nearly 9 years old, so having this coverage after so much use was a significant win and highlights the value of Gus furniture’s standard 10-year warranty. The level of service provided by Fullhouse definitely makes me want to do business with them again. Highly recommended!

I love this place! We were there last night looking at something we had shortlisted on their website. It was such a comfortable and informative time with the lovely salesperson Geet, she was available to us without being invasive, which is a truly balanced and harmonious approach to customer service.
