Checked the website telling me it opens at 11. When I arrived at 12:15 there was a sign on the door "Be back at 12:10". Waited until 12:20 and no one came, so I left. Very disappointed as it was my first trip there to purchase soap refills. Will try again, though.
Never got inside, alas. Sign on the doorvthatbtheyvwoukd "be back" and waited 15 minutes. Since no one returned to open it, I left. Advise you to call ahead.
