I paid $1200 for a procedure that was filed as a workers comp because the claim had not gone through. My insurance has paid the claim and even done a readjustment. They have still not returned my money even after having a conference call with the insurance company. They have very convoluted and terrible billing to the point my insurance provider has never even seen this before. Stay away.
I had a friend go here this winter. They squeezed her appointment in and this procedure required her to be put to sleep. She was still drowsy from the anesthetic when they asked her to leave knowing that her ride home had not arrived because they were closing for the day. She had walk half a block in 30* temps with no coat and still not completely alert from the procedure. Would it have hurt to wait 15 or minutes to make sure a patient was released into good hands?
