Dr. Chai was ok. Not as through history wise as I would like, if she asked why it would have probably stopped the blank I was drawing so that is on me. The office staff is great in person. Not on the phone. Calls not returned. Rude when on the phone and you get the feeling they are not passing all the info or question to the MD and brushes off you off when you ask each time. Good doctors, really terrible office staff, patients are not a priority here. Too bad because I really like Dr Chai and Dr Alavi!

We just had the worst experience at this office. Took my 87yr old grandmother for an appointment with Dr. Alexa Chai. They had us come in at 1pm despite the appointment being at 130. The doctor didn’t see her until 2:45pm. The front office staff, the nurse, and the doctor were all incredibly rude and unapologetic. It seemed like they were intentionally seeing other patients that arrived after us because my grandmother was struggling with the wait time. This is patient neglect & is unacceptable.
