Office staff is stuck in their daily routine. No smile, no how are you, no thank you. When I expressed my disappointment with how I was being treated, they didn’t express concern or apologize, they could care less about the patient. In review of other public comments they should know there’s a problem. Praying they consider the patient soon. Hope my review helps.

Thus is for Dr Maida, I give it 1 star because because this office takes my insurance for medical visit for my TRT but when it was time to schedule my vasectomy they all of the sudden said that they don't bill the insurance for procedure and that it would cost my up to 750.00 out of pocket. I called my PPO Blue Cross insurance and they said because they are a private practice they can make their own rules on what they bill insurance and what they don't. Which was a huge disappointment. It’s so sad when the Doctors are good but the office staff is so rude. First off getting a hold of someone on the phone and then how they speak to you. I just don’t get it. You work with people. And usually someone that is dealing with a problem. BE KIND for goodness sake.

I had been with Kaiser for about 10 years but I had been switched to different insurance. So I contacted thos office about what I would need to do. The office staff were extremely rude not listening to me cutting me off not responding after I clarified what I needed. I will not becoming a new patient because of this one individual. I didn't even get her name because she answered the phone rude as well.
