Daughter had tonsils removed from her on 11/20/24. Staff was super nice and helpful, until trying to get in contact with them less then week later. Daughter was having lots of pain and called number which just goes to voicemail. Left 3 messages and no return call. Called next day and straight to voice mail. 2 days and no return call. Even called after hours number was told they would forward to on call doctor and no return phone calls.
Fullerton Surgical Center, a TOP NOTCH 5+ COMPANY! I was here yesterday (10/9/24) for a diagnostic back pain block procedure. Everyone here was professional, helpful and very kind! This may not seem important to others, although it shows how well they are trained and how they treat their clients!... I'm hard of hearing and I made the mistake of not bringing my hearing aids.
