The ownership changed recently and with that it’s chaos. I went there for oil change, they were not able to reset the warning after oil change. I was told they don’t have machine so will call me once they have it in a week. After 3 weeks, no one reached out, so I tried calling them but no one picks up the phone or return my voicemail messages. Recently bought a Maserati Grecale at Fullerton. It's a very small dealership but I received excellent service from Frank A. The transaction was easy and seamless. Hopefully the service department will be just as good.

As former automotive dealer GSM I have seen my share of good and bad service departments and pretty sure I received more satisfactory, confident service from a Hyundai store. I went in to Fullerton to establish a relationship with a Maserati dealer after purchasing a 2017 with an external dealer.
