I had a great experience. This is my first time at this dealership coming from another dealership. Had my car serviced for the 20,000 mile. From the time I called to make the appointment until the time I just got in my car and left it was fantastic. Sam took great care of me. I had a balancing problem with my wheels. I was there in June to service my wife's Levante GT. Things have changed since it was Fullerton. The staff at Performance Maserati—specifically Sam in service and Scott Avellino—were courteous, communicative, and helpful during the service visit for my Levante. However, the overall operational policies and total lack of management follow-up do not reflect a premium luxury brand. The ownership changed recently and with that it’s chaos. I went there for oil change, they were not able to reset the warning after oil change. I was told they don’t have machine so will call me once they have it in a week. After 3 weeks, no one reached out, so I tried calling them but no one picks up the phone or return my voicemail messages. Recently bought a Maserati Grecale at Fullerton. It's a very small dealership but I received excellent service from Frank A. The transaction was easy and seamless. Hopefully the service department will be just as good.
