Poor communication by Cesar! We have to keep calling. Says one thing then changes what he says and isn't clear. Our vehicle has been there for a total of seven days and as of today no word on what's going on or to happen with the service of the vehicle. There is a word "multi task" that is used in customer service. Make those calls, communication! Out of courtesy I have not been offered a rental vehicle at this point either. Fullerton Ford Service is by far the best. I had my Ecosport serviced. Cameron was so professional, understanding, thoughtful, and truly a phenomenal person. He kept me updated with all the service that was being done to my car, it was a lot. They had to fix another Ford Services mess with my car. Truly can appreciate the pride and service that Fullerton Ford gives. Also thank you for the mechanic/s that worked on my car. Definitely outstanding work. My car runs better than it ever has. I recently took my Ford Edge in to have my transmission & motor replaced and I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Chris Hernandez was my service advisor and he made sure to move things along efficiently and with great care! He sent me updates along the way so that I never had to question how things were coming along.
