Fullerton Ford Service is by far the best. I had my Ecosport serviced. Cameron was so professional, understanding, thoughtful, and truly a phenomenal person. He kept me updated with all the service that was being done to my car, it was a lot. They had to fix another Ford Services mess with my car. Truly can appreciate the pride and service that Fullerton Ford gives. Also thank you for the mechanic/s that worked on my car. Definitely outstanding work. My car runs better than it ever has. I recently took my Ford Edge in to have my transmission & motor replaced and I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Chris Hernandez was my service advisor and he made sure to move things along efficiently and with great care! He sent me updates along the way so that I never had to question how things were coming along. I made an appointment using their online system, received email confirmation and text. Later upon arriving, an older man approached my window and I told him I had an appointment. He looked shocked and said he “couldn’t take me” and that I “can’t just make an appointment on a Saturday and come in a few hours later” as if THEIR WEBSITE wasn’t what allowed exactly that? Basically felt scolded & then he told me to call next time and I was turned away with no further assistance. Disappointing first impression of this facility.
It's always a great experience here in Ford Fullerton. Mr: Daniel Zamora, l can't thank you enough for your professional work and amazing customer service, you always doing your best to get the job completed perfectly not only my Ford Edge but also my wife's car. I've previously tried two different Ford dealers, however, you guys are the best in Socal 🙏🙏
