I made an appointment using their online system, received email confirmation and text. Later upon arriving, an older man approached my window and I told him I had an appointment. He looked shocked and said he “couldn’t take me” and that I “can’t just make an appointment on a Saturday and come in a few hours later” as if THEIR WEBSITE wasn’t what allowed exactly that? Basically felt scolded & then he told me to call next time and I was turned away with no further assistance. Disappointing first impression of this facility.
