When I called the service shop @1400 the day before for some running boards, they told me to come in during the following morning and told me that they would take care of me no problem. Turns out that they were backed up for two whole days and didn’t even bother letting me know in advance when I got there in the morning. Ended up going to Ken Grody’s Service instead due to poor communication.

Made an appointment for the works service. Showed up a little early and took me in with no problem. Got the car back in little over an hour. This place is a lot better than the Buena Park dealer that made me wait 3 hours for the same service. Great service 🥳
