The Doctors here are excellent
I first visited this clinic last year and my first one or two visits were not bad. Dr. Tsao performed a minor procedure to drain a sty I had on my eye. The procedure went well and I had no complaints on Dr. Tsao's attitude, then, However, when I came back this year due to another sty appearing on my eye (after more than a year of them not seeing me), I was presented with a rude attitude from Dr. Tsao that I was confused by. I have been going here for years. Dr Zdral and Dr Esser are great doctors.
Dr. Tsao is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. He made my mom feel comfortable the whole time. He took the time to answer all our questions clearly, and what we appreciate most is that he’s always willing to take your call when you reach out to the office. I highly recommend him!
