I use to be able to call and speak with some one. Today I called 5 times left several messages and no one called me back. What is going on .
Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Office staff is rude. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment and had to leave. Someone who had an appointment after me was called in before me. No communication. Very strongly recommend against this facility.
Dr. Schock was so patient and kind. I took three children in and had so many questions and she took the time to talk to me and never looked down on me when I asked about alternatives but patiently explained what she thought was best and why. I have been to many dentists who know nothing about hypoplasia or tongue ties for example but Dr. Schock is so knowledgeable in so many areas. And my kids loved getting their teeth cleaned by Dustin. Dr. Shock is the best dentist I've ever met really helped me get over my fears of them. She didn't make fun of how awful my teeth were and worked with me well on how much work to have done during each appointment. They're extremely gentle too, little to no swelling after extractions. I recommend them to anyone I know
I had issue with my tooth the day before going on vacation and they were able to squeeze me in and get me taken care of. Very friendly and funny people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
