The dentist / owner here - Lim Cynthia is very unprofessional! She disconnected the call on me three times. My fiancé is a fairly new patient, had been here once and started to have major complications! My first visit to remove teeth to receive false teeth was awful I felt the last 2 teeth that he was pulling out and he was very rough. Then the 3 Rd visit he told me he would set an appointment to have the mold made. I questioned him about removal of my front teeth and said he wasn't removing those and I said but their not any good and he walked out of the room. Well The website says the office opens at 9:00 I called and NO ONE IS ANSWERING and its 10:00 , My fiancé is standing outside of the door and no one is there. We didn't get a chance to even be seen yet and i'm already pissed! BE ON TIM OR CHANGE YOUR HOURS!
For the past couple years I always defended Dr Lim when all my friends and relatives tried her and decided to see another dentist for many reasons .. I stayed with her and today I got why all these people we're right and I was wrong .. all fillings began to fall off and when I talked to Dr. LIM she said that's normal because it's been couple years ago.. really? When I walk into this office I thought I was in a third world country. This dentist is a one-man show She is the secretary and the doctor. She started talking about politics. I was there for dental work not her views in the USA. She did not do any work on my teeth other than looking inside my mouth. She charged my insurance for cleaning my mouth (she did not do). This b**** is a nut case I got a fill in for my front tooth done and two months later it came out I called the nut case and she was rude yelling talking about it’s to early in the morning call back go somewhere else I will never step foot back in that office
I went to Dr. Lim Monday September 12, 2015. Well she was late for one thing, called her and she said she be there in 10 minutes. So when she got there only she was the one answering the phones ringing off the hook she was very rude to a customer cussing at them. The secretary came in finally then a few other people to see her.
