Never buy car from her. They scam by selling you protection and then they never reimburse. Scott, sales manager, he tricked me by getting protection plan for car lease, I paid for three years and then when it came to use it they didn’t cover it. Really rude staff, they won’t respond to your emails, calls. Alfa Romeo in general the company is really bad their staff is of no help!
Would Give -5 Stars If I Could I brought in my 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio to Fullerton / Performance Alfa Romeo due to a misfire. The service department told me I needed a Multiair actuator and charged me $3,000 to replace it. I expressed concerns that this wasn’t the real issue, since I was clearly losing coolant from the turbo reservoir—but they refused to listen. Stay Away from Alfa Romeo of Fullerton – Worst Experience Ever If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband brought in our 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale in due to serious engine issues, and what followed was a nightmare.
