I had my vehicle dropped off to service and the tow truck Driver walked in to deliver my vehicle. And to have the sales man look him up and down with disgust and disrespect was absolutely mad me disgusted with the dealership and can only imagine the customer service. You never judge a book buy it cover. I took my vehicle somewhere else. I do not want my vehicle worked on by a place that does stuff like that because of how someone looks!! You should be ashamed!!!
I would profoundly advise anyone who has or wants to buy an Alfa Romeo in the state of New Jersey to avoid dealing with Performance Alfa Romeo of Somerville. Their service staff has been and remains to be, by far, THE MOST unprofessional group of individuals I have ever encountered in ANY American industry. Unprofessionalism at that level is typically a byproduct of the ownership group and has no bearing on the vehicle, but it does tarnish the legacy of the Alfa Romeo name.
