Been trying to book an appointment with these guys but they don’t pick up the phone or return voicemails. Now looking at others’ experiences I’m glad they didn’t. I will gladly drive to another location for service. First and last Alfa Romeo for us lol embarrassing
Mike in the parts department offers fantastic service and focuses on doing right by his customers. He was a pleasure to work with at my recent oil change for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrofoglio.
We understand major repairs can take days—that’s not the issue. The issue is how this was handled by the tech and Dave, the manager. We called ahead, explained the brake/caliper issue, and drove 1.5 hours. The master tech disassembled the car, gave a $3,000 estimate, and only then mentioned it would take several days—leaving us stranded with no transportation. It is my understanding that Fullerton was sold to a bunch of clowns known as PERFORMANCE ALPA ROMEO OF SOMERVILLE I had no issue with Fullerton but would leave ZERO STARS for Performance if that was an option, My beloved 7 year old Guilia with only 60K has been in the service center more this summer than in my garage. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews I wish I had! This used to be the place I trusted for oil changes, so naturally, I assumed I could count on them for more serious service. Oh boy, was I wrong. What an absolutely horrible experience. After getting a brake job done elsewhere, I brought my vehicle here when issues started popping up.
