We had an emergency stop here when my Alfa Romeo Stelvio threw a check engine light on a road trip from NY to GA. We didn't have an appointment, and the dealership was packed. The service manager Jarrett Maisey still got us in, fixed the problem immediately, and we were back on the road within the hour.
