Not surprised why this is so poorly rated. 1. Do not sign lease electronically on the electronic table top TV. 2. Demand written down lease. 3. Do not sign waiver. My lease was last minute changed and was told to come next day! 4. Love the car but will never do any business with this facility.
Fullerton was pretty terrible but performance seems okay so far. I remember bringing my Giulia under warranty to Fullerton after it had a significant misfire while under heavy load which resulted in a nearly inoperable car and a tow. They tried to sell me spark plugs, coils and some other crap that obviously wasn’t it for $2,500 and claimed there was no possible way the oil in the intake manifold is abnormal. Been trying to book an appointment with these guys but they don’t pick up the phone or return voicemails. Now looking at others’ experiences I’m glad they didn’t. I will gladly drive to another location for service. First and last Alfa Romeo for us lol embarrassing
Mike in the parts department offers fantastic service and focuses on doing right by his customers. He was a pleasure to work with at my recent oil change for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrofoglio.
We understand major repairs can take days—that’s not the issue. The issue is how this was handled by the tech and Dave, the manager. We called ahead, explained the brake/caliper issue, and drove 1.5 hours. The master tech disassembled the car, gave a $3,000 estimate, and only then mentioned it would take several days—leaving us stranded with no transportation.
