Not to mention any names but some tall guy with a ponytail and a bad attitude was acting like he was high on speed. I think he works behind the bar. Normally I have a good experience when I go to that club.
This is the alano club I got sober in August 1985 Aka 705 Club on Harbor Blvd. The 6am meeting in the back house was my home group/treatment every morning for many years. My foundation of my sobriety started there and continues to be the place I go to feel like I am home. Love the people there.
The whole program is at Fullerton Alano. I enjoy working behind the bar and helping others there. I have begin a foundation for my recovery stronger than the one I had before. I'm blessed to have the Fullerton Alano Club to go to for my freedom.
Home away from home. 705 Club helped save my life.
Attended multiple meetings every week here at the Fullerton Alano Center during my stay in California, since returning home I do miss the meetings and the people in them!
Some of the most solid people I've ever met my life!
