I was disappointed with my recent service from Fuller’s. Unlike previous service that was provided through Gretchen, this service lacked the personal touch, transparency and detailed interaction that I’ve become accustomed to. The young man was sterile, non connecting and was more oriented to obtaining payment for half rendered services. I came for an oil change, sensor replacement, and air conditioning service. Fuller's is THE BEST car service in the Chicago land area. We have been taking our cars here for over 20 years and have always loved the personal service (they know all my family's names), the attention to detail, the honest assessments for our cars and the way they treat us as if we were a VIP or family. Even my father, who lives an hour away, brings his car here to be serviced. We highly recommend Fullers's for all of your car care needs!
I’ve taken my car here a couple of times. I worked with Jack this time and I was so happy with his service I had to give a review. It’s nice to go to a service center and feel like you’re getting a good deal and great service. Plus I’m pretty sure they even cleaned the interior too, name a shop that does that!

We've had several makes and models serviced with Fuller's over the years and they've always exceeded our expectations for quality of work, level of service, and value. The customer experience is top notch. A few weeks ago, we had an unexpected repair needed on our truck prior to a family road trip. They got us in same-day and made the necessary repairs, and we were able to depart as scheduled. Highly recommend!
