Just tried to get my SUV wash before work, gate didn't read sticker in windshield. I blew horn a couple of time for help, didn't see no one come out to help. All of sudden a worker appears starts yelling at me about blowing my horn for help. I'm on phone with my mother, who ask me who is YELLING at me. Think it’s a great car wash. But, when your employees are lining up cars into the wash they pay more attention to their phone instead of looking at my truck to make sure I’m lined up with the rails. This could cause serious issues.
One of the best options in the Joliet, Crest Hills, and Plainfield area. The reason I wont grant them 5 stars is because they only offer air dry through the tunnel. You must get out and dry your vehicle yourself.
The only car wash I use vacs always work
