4 days after getting my carpets buffed, I had to rent a rug doctor to get them clean. The pictures are of the water that I emptied out of the carpet shampooer. There is no way that water should have been that dirty after only 4 days. I didn't realize they didn't use water to clean. They spray chemicals then buff the carpet. How is the dirt getting lifted out of the carpet?? It's not. The proof is in the brown water. I wish I could share the video I took of the water my husband dumped out of the rug doctor tank.
