Tod and Rob were absolutely incredible. From consult to service, they were punctual, clear communicators and helped me pick the best service for my carpet. I originally picked a more expensive service, but Tod and Rob let me know that a different service (that was cheaper) would be better for the soil level of our 15+ yr old carpet.
