Advertise unlimited wash but it is not unlimited. It’s one wash per day. Had my car washed in the morning, drove over some dusty road. Came back later in the evening and was told one wash per day.

Today I went to fullers car wash. The kiosk in the center processed my payment and did NOT open the gate. I called the worker over who said he was going to figure the problem out. After 5 minutes waiting, he came back and told us “if you buy wash, gate open”🤔 well clearly this is not the case. He then sent a women to check it out and pretty much got the same answer... she told us “come in and talk to Mr. Fuller. Been a monthly membership holder for about 6 years. Today a manager terminated my membership over a dispute about a speedpass sticker. He tried to charge me unjustly for a new sticker, and I refused. He was arrogant, rude and literally turned his back and walked away from me while I was still speaking. I will not support this carwash or business any longer. No professionalism, low class and trash. I will be giving my business to Delta Sonic, a much more modern and professional car wash business.
Beware! Do not go to Fuller’s Car Wash in Aurora. The passenger side of my truck got messed up from the car wash. The owner of the car wash swore it wasn’t their problem. Also, I highly recommend Cooley Details. He was able to get all the dried in iridescent soap stains out of my car and I didn’t have to file an insurance claim or get the car repainted.
It’s the only place I take my vehicles.
Terrible place!! Terrible customer service
Scheduled a full detail service a week in advance, dropped my car off at 9am they said it would be done by noon. 2:00 rolled around and no phone call, so I called only to find out they could not get car done at all today. said they were short handed. I said that's not my problem and his reply was, not my problem either. Horrible customer service!
