I've been a customer with a monthly pass for the last 15 years and have had nothing but a great experience. Last week while going through the wash with my teenage daughter we heard a crack on the windshield from the first brush. Immediately afterwards we saw a crack in the windshield. We informed the staff the day of the incident and were told the manager with access to cameras was not on premises. Excellent attention and service
Basic car wash...basic price. Prewash area is available to scrub your tires and any other extra dirty areas you want to ensure come off...self serve. Then you pay for your wash and go through. Vacuums are free but state limited to 5 minutes. I didn't need more time but they don't seem to be monitoring it that close either.
