BEWARE! IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL! The experience for the car was itself was mediocre; hence only three stars. There was a residue on the car after the wash was finished. After we tried to cancel (three times), they continued to charge us. We continue to have to block their charges w the CC company because they still haven't adjusted their system.
I recently visited Sparkle carwash. It was an inviting experience with the help from John Jacobson.He was very friendly and informative,offering several different kinds of packages geared to what I might be interested in having. Plus, I've told my family to go check out the place.I am one happy customer and with be returning regularly.

UPDATE - BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a reply from my review from the company stating that my account would be canceled on no further billing. This was on June 6. On July 26, I have ANOTHER $29.95 charge!!!!!! I have emailed the company from the initial email stating the cancelation. Check your accounts, I cannot be the only person this is happening to.
