Mediocre wash. What I expected for a $20 car wash. The blowers didn’t get all the water off and there were still dirty spots on the car including the windshield.
Beware of canceling. I filled out the cancelation form and received an email stated my account was cancelled though Im still being charged. Left phones messages and sent email about this, received no reply from Sparkle. Poor customer service.
It has been broken six times in the last month not worth the hassle or aggravation
June 5, 2025, I got my car washed at Sparkle in Elgin, I am a member and the drivers and rear doors got scratched and you could see the blue soap?rubber? and I filed a claim on June 10th with Sparkle I received a confirmation on our email noting that I would hear from them in 82 days? Nothing I started calling and calling and calling, showing up there to ask why we have not gotten a call back or heard from management?
