I went to Fullers right before going on a road trip to get the quick n clean detail. When I got home and was packing my car, I noticed that my carpets in the back were still dirty. Then the next day, I got in my car and it smelled horrendous. I was searching everywhere because I was sure something was rotting but I couldn't find anything. Very expensive for a less then average deluxe car wash they locked my keys in the car When I spoke to owner Clearly not a customer satisfaction focused business
Way over priced. Paid for a tire shine and had to remind porter to do it. Never again.
Just had my truck washed there, completely dissatisfied. Paid $38.95 and a good tip for their “ultimate” wash and the floor mats scrubbed. The windshield wasn’t cleaned half the dash still had dust on it the exterior was just as bad.
Wife went to get an oil change and was told it was going to be $78 for a simple oil change. She was told that the 50/50 synthetic oil was mandatory by her manufacturer or else They would void the car’s warranty. FALSE FALSE FALSE. What a scam. STUPID PEOPLE work there. Never going back.
They are great. They always keep my car looking clean inside and out
Paid $75 for tar removal after driving through construction, which was actually removed by the initial auto wash. The owner refused to refund us the difference, was unwilling to see how we assumed the tar needed to be removed by hand, and was very disrespectful and rude.
RecommendedWanted to thank the staff for the courtesy and grace yesterday. I was in my way home from just having to put my dog to sleep from a brain tumor and the engine and oil light were on. Even though it was not ideal timing, I stopped to get an oil change.
