I have an accessible van that sits low and was not sure it would fit over the rail. The attendant allowed me to pull up to the wash before I paid for the wash. It did fit. He went out of his way to help me.
Unlimited membership: will be canceling. Came in to get my car washed as usual and today of all days my car starts jerking as its going thru the car wash. What I experienced today was a complete disaster. I came to get my car washed on 08/03/2026 at approximately 7:50 a.m. There was a white male employee directing cars into the car wash, but he didn’t seem to be paying attention to what he was doing. He was giving conflicting instructions, telling drivers to stop while also telling them to put their cars in neutral.
