Sparkle Express Car Wash is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Oh my goodness! This wash has gotten soooo much better since this company has taken over! The people who work there are so nice and understanding! For any issues, they are right there immediately finding a resolution. It seems like there’s a lot of changes going on but THEY ARE FOR THE BETTER. Im cancelling my membership at Sparkle carwash Matteson. Owners need to stop letting employees make their businesses trash. Vacuums never work anymore the Manager Nadia is lazy. I asked her about why the pressure was low on the vacuums lately and she claims they get cleaned every night but its supposed to be hourly. She then goes and get a broom and dust pan to sweep up dirt off of the ground instead of addressing the vacuums. They are getting over on people for their money. I've been calling for the last two weeks to cancel my membership. No one is picking up the mailbox is full. They took 41.95 out of my account when it's the only supposed has been $20. they are rip people off
