Advertise unlimited wash but it is not unlimited. It’s one wash per day. Had my car washed in the morning, drove over some dusty road. Came back later in the evening and was told one wash per day.
It’s the only place I take my vehicles.
The owner (Walter) was not friendly from the start, he was just there. Very unprofessional! I have been in customer service for 31 years of my life. I have managed over 55 employees for more than 12 years of my professional carrier and was treated extremely poor by the owner "Walter" (Not Manager) of this organization today. I just came back for the second time from washing my care in Fuller's Car Wash of Aurora, and I do not know how to say how disapointed I am. Bought a wash of 3 US (the cheapest), wash it and came home to realice the back of my car was white... like not cleaned at all!. They will DAMAGE your car. Stay Away! The manager name is Larru Fuller (go figure) a tight Khakk wearing coward). You will be dissatisfied if you go here.
The car wash scratched my brand new car and they told me to leave and come back the next day without documentation. Long story short they didnt accept responsibilty. In a rude way they told me i m responsible. Poor customer service.
Went through express wash ...went to vacuum afterwards found scratches all along g the side of my truck!!! See picture. There are identical scratches all along that side of my truck. It clearly looks like something got stuck to one of their rotating cloths as it whipped along the side of my truck. Spoke to the manager who was NOT AT ALL HELPFUL! I went to get my car washed on 5/29/12 at around 10:30. I paid for the full service one, $15. Guys dried the car, washed windows inside and out, etc. My aluminum wheels were still dirty so I went inside to inquire. I rang the bell and one of the workers came out. I explained to him that my car’s wheels are still dirty and my car wash package was full service $15 . How could they not make sure that my wheels are clean?
