We just moved in here and didn't know anything about where to find tanks(had county drawing though) I called Fuller, they were going to find, dig, pump. Service tech came, prodded around, complained about ground being to hard and couldn't find tanks. Office called me back and said once we dig them up, they could still pump! We ended up finding one ourselves, called another company, he came, found the 2nd tank, dug and pumped within an hour!

We waited 2 weeks for them to pump our tanks. They did not communicate with us. We called at 2pm and they said they were still coming. At 4pm they said they weren't coming and stopped by that they won't pump our tank because they trucks can't come down our driveway. No calls made to us. Very disappointing service.
Waste of time and resources scheduling this company. You'd think they be prepared to complete a job or at least acquire a little more information before scheduling and wasting everyone's time.
Friendly and professional staff but not equipped for full septic services. Our family used/uses a lot of TP so we created an unusually high amount of solids build up on the top of the first tank. Fuller pumped out the liquid in the spring but couldn’t pump the solid. They added bacteria and came back in the fall and made some progress but the tank still had 1/4 full of solids.
