Waste of time and resources scheduling this company. You'd think they be prepared to complete a job or at least acquire a little more information before scheduling and wasting everyone's time.
Friendly and professional staff but not equipped for full septic services. Our family used/uses a lot of TP so we created an unusually high amount of solids build up on the top of the first tank. Fuller pumped out the liquid in the spring but couldn’t pump the solid. They added bacteria and came back in the fall and made some progress but the tank still had 1/4 full of solids. I asked if they mix/agitate the tank with a “crud buster” before pumping (pretty standard for septic service) and they told me they use a stick to man... read more
I'm not sure why it's such a nightmare to simply call over the phone and pay my bill. They keep getting my info and having someone call me back. I'm a regular person with a job myself I can't be answering the call while I'm at work. It's a game of literal telephone and I'm done playing.
Please Give Someone Else Your Business! The gentleman that came over to our home was very kind and provided excellent service, so this review is not for him. This review is for their phone girl Nicole who answered today when I called to pay. I was on my way to work, but I wanted to make paying them a priority. Since they are a local business I didn't know if me not paying right away meant that someone wouldn't have food on their table over the weekend.
