Week 1 called to get rsv vaccine for elderly patient on oxygen. Oriental telephone answered said they only give after 12pm Mondays. Then Monday I call to verify and the pharmacist sam who refuses to give last name said doctors order needed. They should of said that last week. He sam refused to contact doctor himself. I find this discriminatory and more. Sam hung up after he refused to give his entire name. Ignorant. I will be reporting to authorities.i hope these two are treated badly when in need. Signed retired RN BSN.
Sam the pharmacist is always so friendly and attentive to customer’s needs. My whole family goes there and we are all very satisfied! To the larger pharmacies you are just a number in an alphabetical color coded bag but at Fuller you feel like family!
