Very dissatisfied with Duncan. I was charged $4.25/gal for oil delivered on 1/21/26. That seemed extremely high so I checked the per gallon cost with 2 alternative companies. They both said on that day the delivered cost of oil was $3.19/gal. I also checked the average rates in Ohio during the last have of January on Google. The result was $3.20-3.50/gal. So I contacted Duncan to inquire and was repeatedly told that $4.25/gal was the posted cost. So I was charged around $1.00/gal over the going rate for 174.1 gallons. That's... read more

These guys are the best, even during this snowstorm, they came right out next day and topped off our fuel oil. Price is always fair market value with no gouging, regardless of the season. Absolutely recommend them.
