Louis definitely knows his stuff and you know he lives and breaths what he does. The broth is also excellent for you based on how amazing I feel after consuming it every time and it tastes delicious. Highly recommend.

It is a staple in my life, it goes into almost all of my cooking and is good enough to sip it on its own.
