On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC went down. Of course, Fuller was slammed as there had been some sort of a power issue and it seemed like everybody had some sort of an issue that day. Even so, Tell worked late and made out to us and got us fixed up in no time. He even managed to make friends with our chihuahuas, no mean feat for mere mortals. He was the consummate professional, and he managed to earn the company a lifelong customer.
Excellent experience. Quick, professional, perfect repair. Highly recommend. Several previous installs and repairs for me by fuller have also been the same. Couldn't be better taken care of.
Extremely disappointing and will never use again. Ordered a yearly cleaning for my unit. They told me my gas chamber was cracked and my unit was so poor they only will replace my whole unit instead of a new gas chamber due to my unit being 20 yrs old. I wanted to get a couple of estimates. Looked at two other local businesses who disagreed and said nothing was wrong at all and unit had no issues. Efficient, prompt, attentive, affordable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They install and service ductless mini split systems also. I would recommend this company without any reservations.
