Foremost, from the start I spoke with Angie. She was extremely professional and polite. After that, I dealt with Roland the supervisor and his crew. Same courtesy and professionalism. I had 8 estimates prior to having my Geo Thermal HVAC fixed. I decided this is the company to trust. I do not make that statement lightly. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. We had Tad and his crew install a 3 cassette system in our new home. They were very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and skilled. We had a small issue shortly after putting the unit in service. We called, their tech responded and resolved things quickly. All on a holiday weekend. Thanks Tad and crew!! We highly recommend!
I would give ZERO stars if I could, but have to leave at least one to get my review posted. My unit was pouring out Freon in vents. They put these stoppers in them to lift coil and pan up. It POURED out onto the floor and everywhere. Had to order a whole new coil (very expensive) and had to wait for them to install. Another AC business asked if they gave me a small AC to use (being it was the hottest season of the year), and no they did NOT. I was forced to sweat it out until they came back. On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC went down. Of course, Fuller was slammed as there had been some sort of a power issue and it seemed like everybody had some sort of an issue that day. Even so, Tell worked late and made out to us and got us fixed up in no time. He even managed to make friends with our chihuahuas, no mean feat for mere mortals. He was the consummate professional, and he managed to earn the company a lifelong customer.
Excellent experience. Quick, professional, perfect repair. Highly recommend. Several previous installs and repairs for me by fuller have also been the same. Couldn't be better taken care of.
