I worked for this company. I was hired to plow snow for a said wage but they found out I was able to install garage doors. They started my wage way lower then talked about because they hired a personal friend to plow snow. I personally seen the owner blow up on a job because something didn't go right. Very unprofessional towards employees. I hope they don't conduct business the way they treat employees .
