Really good service and attention to detail. Both rear and front bumpers replaced and/ resprayed as part of an insurance claim. Car looks good as new again. Great communication via text from Dan and his team kept me up to date throughout.
Emotions were high as I handed the keys of our first ever brand new car to Fuller Bros (after having an accident within 3 months of owning it)! I explained how ‘precious’ this car was to our family and repeatedly sought reassurance that it would be kept safe and sound whilst with them- Dan and his team were beyond tolerant and understanding. Updates: Despite the manager’s promise to take full responsibility, my vehicle is still sitting in the garage with no repair attempts made. The new repairer was able to prepare a quote within two days, yet I have not received any response from Fuller Brothers. I also called their receptionist to follow up on the process, but there has been no reply either. This is beyond ridiculous. Highly recommend Fuller Brothers. Friendly, helpful and professional with excellent work. They take pride in what they do and go the extra mile for customers.
Heard really good things about Fuller brothers and the reviews about Dan. Took a week just to assess. Then I was told I would get a quote that afternoon. Had to call the next day as there was no quote or communication. The next evening I received a text with a rough figure. I then had to call the next day as I hadn’t received any communication.
