My car was towed, booked in for an assessment as part of an insurance claim. After insurance paid for 3 weeks car hire, still no communication or quote. As a result, I had to hire a car at my own expense as it took forever. Please be mindful if your insurer nominate this business . The actual quote and assessment was super professional and no complaints.
Scratched the boot refitting the spoiler. Didn't notice it right away. Tried raising the issue and just outright denied that it was caused by them. Then even went as far as sending back mocking, threatening messages. (Have kept all those too) At no point was I rude or abusive either. Avoid.
Fuller Brothers did an amazing job repairing my Honda CRV recently. I was very happy with their service, they proactively kept me in the loop on appointment, quotes, how repairs were going and timing for my car to be sorted. Top quality work (car looks brand new) and really friendly, experienced and reliable service. Thanks so much!
