Well maintained. Excellent property manager, Peter. Attentive. Safety conscious. Parking lots are kept clear of snow and ice. Lawn and landscape well kept.

Cool place to live. Great landlord but there is an issue with package thieves. I've had 4/5 of my Amazon packages stolen.
It's good place and has good apartments. The rooms also good. Suits especially for students and bachelors. It is near to medical school, rogel cancer center, biomedical research building. Only thing is that there is no nearby ride bus stop. For bus stop we need to walk up to certain distance.
