Great software and awesome folks to work with to help with set-up and deployment. This was exactly what we needed to start a new business specializing in the truck repairs. This allows us to diagnose, repair, invoice, and collect payment all in one place. This also provides excellent reports for monitoring.

If I could give fullbay negative reviews I would. Hopefully this review finds someone that is thinking of using fullbay, and strays away from utilizing their services. We’ve had fullbay about 2 years now. TIL recently back in December they switched over their payment processing services through stripe. Another company that is just as bad. We are paying every month and can not process payments due to my company having 2 different profiles with stripe because I used to use stripe without any third party companies. I have been a loyal customer of Fullbay since 2015 over a few different shops, but my experience lately has been appalling. They have transitioned into a company that prioritizes predatory billing over customer relationships. They push through unauthorized upgrades without notification and flat-out refuse to issue refunds when caught. Communication is a nightmare. If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. Fullbay at face value seems to be a great fit for diesel repair service providers, but they are the worst for true customer service and taking responsibility for their own platforms shortfalls. We have recently dealt with a fraud case that spanned 3 different transactions with one customer. We trusted their payment portal link in payments, and they allowed different cards with different addresses to be utilized for payments on each payment. SCAM, stay far away...We are a 24 Hr. Heavy Duty Road Service & Towing, Fullbay Software is very complex to navigate, unless you have a IT Degree. I told this to 3 different staff members and all they keep telling me to keep trying it out, well I'm not satisfied and I don't want the subscription. Now Fullbay is telling me O you're under contract for a annual subscription & to keep it. Really, have some respect for someone being honest...
