I called Fullbay to set up a new account for our shop. The sales rep was friendly on the phone, took my credit card information, and charged it on the spot without disclosing any terms, conditions, or commitment lengths. No contract was ever mentioned, and I signed absolutely nothing. After testing the system, it was far too complicated and didn't fit our shop's workflow. Fullbay has been a God send for our company. It is easy to use, communicates very well with QuickBooks, and has the best customer service ever!
