We have been using Fullbay since 2021. We chose it, because we where using Mitchell and they didnt serve the HD Truck market well. Fullbay still has issues, but probably best thing going far now. Fullbay dont respond quick to items their software cant do. Sometimes the obviuos, they cant do. But I have hope they will constantly improve. Their parts side is not the greatest, if you have multiple locations. They cant tag a state tire fee on a tire, alot of little things like that. The platform is good, however the payment platform they paired with is worthless and I would give them a 0 as my company has nothing but issues with getting payment within the time frame we have been given. If fullbay says a payment will post jn 2 days its more like 4. If we are supposed to have payments first thing in the morning, we are lucky to have them by 4:30pm. This is an issue which while we have addressed it repeatedly is still not being resolved.
Terrible training and explanations on how to do things and if your on the annual plan, then whatever you sign up for or however many licenses/services you add when hiring/firing/growing, your stuck with for the term of your contract and if you don't notify in writing to cancel service 30 days prior to end of term they auto renew for another year or multi-year and your stuck with it again. If you call to dispute it they give you the run around and pretty much just to deal with it. Worst decision I've made as a business owner.
SCAM! Save yourself a headache and get a different software. I have worked in software for years and have never experience this level of deception and bull crap. Worst experience ever. First the salesman lied to us and tacked on a bunch of add ons and lied about the price. Then, I called to make sure I wouldn't be charged for them and that they would shut off the add ons.
