I went to fix my screen on my note 2 and a guy named jesse told me he would fix it and gave me an under the table deal. I dropped it off and as I was leaving he asked for my password so he could check it after he was done to make sure it worked. I unfortunately trusted he was a professional and wouldn't go through my phone. I was only gone 1 hr. Deserves no rating other than terrible. They use deceptive practices regarding their guarantee and they use inferior parts for repairs. Juar pay full price at the AT&T store and get high quality repairs and save yourself some time an aggrevation. I would not recommend this store to any friend or enemy..
