I can't speak more highly of Dr Alicia Innis. She was compassionate and thoughtful. What I really liked was that she was as positive as she could be, even when dealing with a not-so-ideal situation. She was able to effectively communicate to our whole family about what was going on and the options we have. Thank you for your care. I highly recommend her.
Dr Branson’s side of the fence is quite useless, unfortunately.
An exploitative and rude bully. An accident on the road coupled with my mum being unable to navigate the entrance, stumbling 3 times, meant we were a few minutes late to see Dr Innis. We weren’t panicking as we always wait 30 minutes plus past our appointment time to see her and we were only a few minutes late. The receptionist stood and looked all 3 of us up and down and sneered “you’re late!!” I apologised and explained but she simply said you’re too late. Dr Innis needs to hire better reception staff. I called a week prior to my Dad's appointment to cancel as my Dad has now been placed in a Home. However, we were STILL sent a $110 no show fee when we clearly said "please cancel as Dad cannot attend as he has been placed in a home and we will call back should we be ready to make another appointment but at this stage, cancel" Absolutely disgusting on Dr Innis' end to still send a fee when your Dad has been placed in a home and Dr Innis' rooms already notified of this.
