I’ve tried every local Pilates studio and can honestly say nothing else comes close. The best Pilates classes around. Verol and Don are fantastic - very highly recommend for anyone looking for classical Pilates with a twist (and a great workout)
Verol and Don are a fantastic team. A combination of Pilates, weight resistance and yoga built into each class. I highly recommend!
Like the ambiences created by the owner. Very encouraging. Love reformer classes which are totally different from other reformer classes in the market that don’t provide much. You feel like you covered all the workout you can think of after Verol’s reformer classes. Could say he even included cardio to reformer classes. A must to try!
The group pilates class provided a full body workout that was challenging and engaging. Verol is an experienced trainer who makes you feel like you are getting a private session even in a group setting. Highly recommend for anyone and all levels!
I did the Pilates Reformer Class via classpass. I loved it! It was my first time doing Pilates ever and the coach , Verol helped me through it! Definitely will be back!
