Pascal is great! Our furnace wasn’t working and we couldn’t navigate the problem. We had the person who installed ( second hand furnace) come and take a look at it and they wanted us to order pieces which would’ve been in the hundreds of dollars. I wanted a second opinion, Pascal came to take a look at it and realized the other plumber had missed doing some things while installing it the first time.
