Terrible customer service and disrespectful. This business does not follow the mask requirement. If you are going to talk crap maybe you should learn to mute the phone. Won’t ever get my business again.
It took them 5 weeks to change out a clutch on Victory XC. Post-repair, I found the clutch cable adjusted way too tight, and the locking nut an inch and a half below the clutch adjustment rod. I can only surmise that they never reset the cable to specs after changing out the clutch. The Kuryakyn chrome clutch rod cover was never reattached, and I found it loose, lodged in side panel. Labor rate per hour is consistent with others; quality of service....not so much. That's the last time in there for me.
On 5/26/2020 we picked up our brand new Hammerhead LE. Shortly after having the machine the brakes started making noises. My 11 year old daughter is just driving this machine on grass slowly. We take it in for service on 6/3/2020, after being ignored, and they performed a brake adjustment and charged us $75. Rude staff with no accountability. Do not recommend. Will be making a complaint with the BBB and reached out to Hammerhead in Texas.
