I own 3 motorcycles, 1-HD, 1 Honda and a Yamaha Quad. I have all 3 of my bikes serviced and repaired at Full Throttle and have found their service to be outstanding in all areas. I recently took my 06 HD FLST to the dealer (Rattlesnake Mtn) for some head work. I was quoted $115.00 an hour labor rate and a repair estimate of over $1,000. My bike wouldn't be finished for 6 weeks. I don't even know why I bothered taking it there, it was the same BS as Schumate all over again. Had the top end rebuilt - including cam & oil pump upgrade on my HD, and the bike ran way worse than it did before the rebuild. Took it back several times, and was told that this is just the way Harley's run. After a few hundred miles, the engine totally ate itself - complete & very expensive loss; discovered during oil change - large chuncks of metal in the oil. Too many mechanical mistakes to list. I would not recommend letting this shop touch your bike. To make it worse, the owners wouldn't stand behind their shop's work.
