I have always found Jac to be honest and reliable. I recommend her not just for those reasons but because she gives a fair price, bends over backwards to help and speaks to a non-mechanic like me without being condescending like most (male) mechanics have in the past. I’d give her 6 stars if I could.
Had an issue with my car, brakes sounding CRUNCHY AF. Talked to Jac over the phone and booked a time. Price is reasonable, service is no Bs and fast! would destroy my brakes and come here again! 10/10 recommend
