Did a great job, on time and polite.
We called them for 2 services: Dryer duct cleaning and Furnance cleaning.. I had explained the situation and dryer error on call to technician before making appointment. To my horror, when they came they refused to do the dryer duct cleaning and said they don’t do it at all. They just did the furnace cleaning and after that my house is full with weird insects. When I called them they did not have any response to that. I have not expected such unprofessional work from them
I recently had the privilege of being mentored by Clint Orr and his team and I am thoroughly impressed by their top-notch operations and outstanding customer service. Clint’s a great guy and his team are all trustworthy and professional. Regina is blessed to have such an excellent furnace, duct, dryer vent system, and kitchen exhaust system cleaning company with Full Throttle and Full Steam.
I booked a month in advance but they cancelled on me less than 24 hours before the appointment so not impressed with their reliability. Edit in response to comment: I see, that is understandable due to the medical nature of the issue. The person who called me to cancel did not specify it was a medical emergency and just said “something came up”.
Early arrival, great pair of guys-efficient and polite. Did a fantastic job and we're enjoying the fresh(er) air as it was left very dirty (purchased a month ago). Our daughter and husband were pleased with them same day also. We've told neighbors how thorough of a job that was done and it looks like you've got a couple more new customers in the near future.
