Servicemen were friendly and professional and went about their work efficiently with minimal disruption to me. The before and after photos are proof that Full Throttle delivers great results. This is my second time using Full Throttle and I will use again!
Ashton and Logan from the Full Throttle team provided excellent service. Efficient, quick, and honest. They let us know that some of the services we had ordered were not necessary. They shared photos during the process to explain the status of different parts of our furnace, air exchanger, and ducts; and they let us know that our dryer vent should be repaired or updated. Pleasant, friendly guys who know what they’re doing.
These guys know what they are doing! Efficent, professional, polite, knowledgeable. Would not use anybody else. Highly recommend!
Did a great job, on time and polite.
We called them for 2 services: Dryer duct cleaning and Furnance cleaning.. I had explained the situation and dryer error on call to technician before making appointment. To my horror, when they came they refused to do the dryer duct cleaning and said they don’t do it at all. They just did the furnace cleaning and after that my house is full with weird insects. When I called them they did not have any response to that. I have not expected such unprofessional work from them
