Manager didn't budge on reducing the cost since it's only going to involve the supply ducts. I specifically mentioned that I just had a brand new furnace installed. 0 stars for the manager, 2 stars for the technician that suggested I'd rather not go forward with it as they're just doing 1/3 of the whole service for the same amount of doing everything (not a good value). Props to the technician for his honest opinion, 100x boo to the manager.
Logan was very courteous while performing a thorough cleaning of our furnace and ducts. The pictures before and after are a nice add on for the service.
We had Logan and Diego at our home this morning to do our duct and dryer vent cleaning. What considerate and efficient young men. I would gladly recommend this company.
