I had an AMAZING experience here. I worked with Jeremy and his customer service and the way he works with you is STELLAR! He made sure that I got the best deal for me and communicated thoroughly through every step. When it was actually time for me to get on the bike he took time and taught me everything i needed to know and in 30 minutes or less I was riding with confidence as a first time rider! I would absolutely do business here again. The entire staff is so helpful and caring and communicative.
Went in today for an oil change special that was advertised on social media no gimmicks no up sales other than a better service for 199 that was offered. No pressure. Met the mechanic great guy walked me through everything that he did. Will be going back for future service.
Horrible customer service manager. I actually was bringing the bike in to get some preventive maintenance and was thinking about doing a trade-in on my 2025 SUZUKI GSX 8R since I bought it cash from there off the show room floor But the service manager Kris absolutely ruined that. I’ll go anywhere else but to this place where they Care less about customer service and fair labor price.
