Spent days texting back and forth with their team to only end up on them telling me i needed a down payment over 3 times the amount that i told them i had in the very beginning. Such a waste of time, effort and energy.
Put a deposit down for a bike, they were extremely pushy to make a deal happen. Unfortunately the deal wasn’t doable for me, i asked for my refund and got told it would be initiated the next day. Then a week later i had to call and there was an “issue” so i had to wait another week. 2 weeks later still no refund for my deposit and not a single message or response back from anyone!
At 64yrs old I bought my first Harley from full throttle Suzuki of Texas.. I was extremely pleased with the experience. My guy was Frank..he made the purchasing process easy. If you go to Full throttle ask for Frank..great guy!!!

From start to finish, he kept me updated with quick, friendly texts so I never felt left in the dark. He worked with me on my credit, made the process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to get me on the road. I’m beyond grateful — definitely a 5-star experience!
Poor service. I have called Full Throttle for weeks to get my M109r in for service. I get no one in service over the phone after I am transferred. It is hit or miss with service picking up. .95% of the time they don't pick up the phone. I had to find some place to take my bike and they are the closest dealership near me.
