I made a reservation today for three VR sessions for two separate people. Today when it was time for check in, the counter clerk stated that none of the VR sets were functioning: I was highly disappointed and was issued a refund electronically that would be refunded within 7 days. Later this evening, I just received a SECOND charge to my debit card for the original refunded VR session. Two separate payments for an activity myself or my guest were NOT able to do.
