I was responding to an ad for a boat. Talked to the owner Floyd the night before. We scheduled a time to meet for the next day and he assured me that he would hold it until then. He did not. Understandable, he didn't know who I was as a potential buyer. Yet he had my phone number and did not notify me ahead of time. After I had attempted to contact him prior.
