RecommendedJonah did a great job on our carpet! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and even checked the padding under our carpet for any pet stains from the previous owners dog. I can tell that Full Steam Carpet Cleaning makes great customer service a priority. We chose them because when we called to make an appointment and ask questions, they were very nice and friendly on the phone, unlike the other company we had called. I would definitely go through Full Steam again and would recommend them to anyone!
I am amazed at how beautiful my carpets and rugs turned out and how helpful and professional Full Steam was! I had an appointment scheduled with another company that canceled on me 30 minutes prior after it being on the books for two weeks. My floors are so clean! Had Jonah come in and clean our tile and carpets and wow were they dirty! The house smells better and looks like new! Thanks Full Steam!
Jonah is great. He arrived right on time and did a great job in a quick manner. We has some stains and he was able to remove them.
Jonah and his crew sealed our slate floors. They were on time, trustworthy (we left the house for 2 days so as not to be in their way). They moved AND replaced all furniture, including the heavy stuff. Jonah's price was competitive, albeit slightly lower than other quotes. Jonah is a confident businessman, which, in turn, allows you to have confidence in him. We came home to beautiful sealed floors. When our carpets need cleaning, I will call Full Steam. No need to call around.
