I previously 4 years ago gave this business five stars because Sean, the technician did a fabulous job, moving my furniture and cleaning my carpet and my furniture. I was really impressed with his expertise and his politeness.He was very helpful. Cut to last month March 2026, 4 years later and I have, I assume the owner come to my house to clean my tile. Really bad customer service. I just called to cancel my appointment the lady her name is Kendra I think, she so rude. She got upset, she didn't let me talk. Hanged off the phone
Matthew came out today and spent over two hours cleaning the carpet, area rugs, and tile. He was very conscientious and did a fantastic job at an incredible price. I have been been using Full Steam for seven years and highly recommend them.
Corners and edges were clearly missed, leaving visible dirt along the baseboards.
Matt Smith did a great job. Completely satisfied with their workmanship
