Full Stack Plumbing sent their tech, Kentrell Edwards to our home to detect and assess the source of a water leak in the connections between kitchen sink drain and disposable unit. Kentrell was knowledgeable articulate and courteous. He explained the cause with photographs he'd taken and suggested solutions with the costs thereof. In all a good experience.

At 2:30, wife calls to tell me the water has stopped working in the house. I came home, did some rudimentary troubleshooting, found the pressure switch was was dripping water and looking pretty scuzzy inside. Being a plumbing genius, I immediately recognized this as “suspiciously not good.” Called Full Stack at 3:30 to get the system going again. Jeff Opfer of Full Stack Plumbing in Pittsboro did a very professional job of installing my Rinnai tankless water heater system today. He explained things to me very well, too. My only complaint is that the electrician never showed up to install the outlet. But Jeff did a temporary workaround using a long extension cord to provide electricity to the unit. As a follow up, Jeff came in today and installed 3 new faucets. As usual, he was on time, courteous and thorough. I wouldn’t use any other plumber, period!
