The ribs are absolutely phenomenal. The meat smoking process makes the ribs tender, flavorful, and melt in your mouth. These are the best ribs in AZ hands down. Don’t even get me started on the fried chicken….. it’s fried in beef tallow, it’s crispy when you bite into the meat, and then you’re hit with the most moist texture. Huge portions, really great service, and amazing food. Juicy, flavorful, and filling! Highly recommend the medium chicken tenders w/ mac & cheese.
