I reached out to have my AC repaired after a previous company misdiagnosed the problems. The technician, Geoffrey, was very thorough and discovered several issues that had been missed before. He explained that I didn’t actually need a freon replacement, which saved me money, and pointed out other problems that the last company overlooked. I appreciate the honest and professional service. I’m glad I found a reliable AC repair team in Upton and look forward to having them finish the job.

When I was worried about a possible power surge after the electricity came back on, I turned off the breakers and pulled out the disconnect for our heater. I have been very happy with Full Spectrum Services. Geoffrey, who came out to look at my heater, was friendly, honest, and really knew his stuff—no pushy sales talk at all. geoffrey repaired our heater in our house in upton. geoffrey was great to work with from the start, making sure to explain every step of the heater repair so we could understand what was happening. he even asked about our future plans for the home to make sure his work wouldn’t get in the way later on. when it was time for the repair, he brought a full team and they finished the job quickly and neatly. the heater works perfectly now and looks really good too. highly recommend for anyone needing heater repair!
