I called for help with my heater because it wasn’t working well downstairs. Turns out, the unit was too small, so I needed a whole new system. I decided to get a fuel heat pump installed too. I had two other companies come out to check my heater. One said I needed to replace the evaporator coil, while the other suggested replacing the condenser coil. Then I reached out to Full Spectrum Services, and the owner got back to me right away. He was very friendly and gave me a quote for both options. In the meantime, I decided to take apart my condensing unit and clean the coils as best as I could, even though I wasn't very experienced. Braden is one of the most honest and professional technicians you could ever encounter! He fixed some issues with our ac unit a while back and made sure to educate us as homeowners.
